These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and btb999 governing all use of the btb999 platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, gameplay, and any other interaction with our services. One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one btb999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
Verified Withdrawals Only
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 can be processed by btb999.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
Prohibited Activities

01 General Terms & Acceptance

Governing Language
These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience purposes only shall have no legal standing. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translated version, the English text shall prevail.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use btb999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by btb999 for any breach of these Terms.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or cooling-off programme that covers btb999 or its associated services.
- You are using your own funds to place wagers and are not depositing funds on behalf of another person.
- You understand that gambling involves financial risk, that the house edge means the Platform retains a statistical advantage over time, and that you may lose all funds deposited.
Geographic Eligibility
btb999 is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Player Declarations
By registering an account with btb999, you declare and warrant that all of the eligibility conditions set out above are satisfied. btb999 may request documentary evidence of your age, identity, or location at any time, and reserves the right to suspend your account pending the receipt and verification of such documentation.
03 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of btb999 services — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must register a single player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the point of registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Registration Requirements

One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active btb999 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including through different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device combinations — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. btb999 uses technical and analytical methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, btb999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any bonus-derived winnings.
KYC Verification
btb999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time, including but not limited to: before your first withdrawal, when a withdrawal request exceeds ৳10,000, when unusual account activity is detected, or when requested as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable identification documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may include a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered number matching your account details. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time period specified by btb999 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btb999 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. btb999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

Deposit Terms
Deposits are credited to your btb999 account balance in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for bank transfers. btb999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees for which btb999 bears no responsibility. Deposits made by credit facility or borrowed funds are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional verification.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. btb999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name than the registered player, or new payment methods that have not been verified through KYC. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and btb999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. The processing times stated above represent standard timeframes under normal operating conditions; delays may occur during periods of high volume, public holidays, or pending verification.
Disputed Transactions
If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify btb999 by contacting [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction appearing in your account history. btb999 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting btb999 support will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
btb999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its terms.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
- During active bonus wagering, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and table games may contribute at different percentages. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Bonuses have expiry dates. Any un-wagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited.
- btb999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and in active wagering will not be retroactively removed.
- btb999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion is detected.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed exclusively to minimise risk during bonus wagering (e.g., hedging, low-variance play across multiple accounts), providing false information to qualify for a promotion, or taking advantage of a technical error in a promotion's configuration. btb999 takes bonus abuse seriously and will take appropriate action including bonus forfeiture, winnings voiding, and permanent account closure where abuse is confirmed.
06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on btb999 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules and random number generation systems of its respective provider. btb999 does not modify game outcomes, payout percentages, or in-game mechanics. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term statistical return as certified by the game provider.
Bets and Wagers
All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. btb999 is not liable for errors made by a player when placing a bet — including incorrect amounts, incorrect selections, or misunderstanding of game rules. In the event of a technical fault that prevents a game from completing normally, btb999 will handle the affected wager in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy, which typically provides for voiding the round and returning the stake.
Prohibited Conduct During Gameplay
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in games or the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of an error are void and will be reversed.
- Collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets.
- Placing bets using information not available to the general public (insider information) in sports betting markets.
Sports Betting — Live Markets
In-play (live) sports betting markets are offered on selected events. btb999 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle live markets at its discretion where data integrity cannot be confirmed, where the result of the event has already been determined at the time of bet placement, or where significant latency between the live event and the betting feed is detected. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
Malfunction & Technical Errors
In the event of a game or system malfunction, btb999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. btb999 is not liable for any losses — monetary or otherwise — arising directly or indirectly from a technical malfunction, whether caused by server errors, software faults, network interruptions, or third-party provider outages. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the standard industry rule applied by btb999.
07 Responsible Gaming Obligations
btb999 is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. As a condition of using btb999, all players agree to comply with the following responsible gaming obligations and to make use of the protective tools available to them where needed.
Player Obligations
- You must not use btb999 as a means of generating income or to recover financial losses from other activities.
- You must not gamble with funds required for essential living expenses such as rent, food, utilities, or debt repayments.
- You must not gamble while under the influence of alcohol, prescription medication, or any substance that impairs your judgement.
- You must make use of the deposit limit and session limit tools available in your account if you feel you are spending more than you intend to.
Tools Available to Players

- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.

- Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your btb999 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

08 Account Suspension & Closure
btb999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
- Underage gambling or facilitation of gambling by a minor
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms
- Use of automated software or prohibited technical tools
- Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate conduct directed at btb999 staff
- Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account)
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may close their btb999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any voided bonus funds or pending investigations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed via self-exclusion are subject to the responsible gaming self-exclusion terms described in Section 7 above.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. btb999 will notify you by email prior to applying a dormant account administration fee. The fee, where applicable, will be disclosed in the notification. No dormant account fee will reduce a real-money balance below zero. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding KYC requirements.
Right of Appeal
If your account has been suspended or closed by btb999 and you believe this decision was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision. btb999 will acknowledge your appeal within 3 business days and provide a final decision within 15 business days. btb999's decision on appeals is final.
